1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter of this prize draw is RACE ANYWHERE LTD, trading as PRO SIMRIG, company number 12589346, whose registered office is at 22 Benham Road, Greens Norton, Towcester, England, NN12 8DB (“Race Anywhere”, “PRO SIMRIG”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2. PRO SIMRIG is a brand owned and operated by RACE ANYWHERE LTD.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over worldwide, where participation in such a prize draw is permitted by applicable local law, except residents of:
- Ukraine;
- Belarus; and
- Russia
2.2. Residents of Ukraine, Belarus and Russia are not eligible to enter because PRO SIMRIG is currently unable to ship products to these countries.
2.3. The prize draw is void in any country, state, province or other jurisdiction where participation in, operation of, or delivery of a prize in connection with the prize draw would be prohibited by applicable law.
2.4. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted to participate in the prize draw under any laws applicable to them.
2.5. The following individuals are not eligible to enter:
- employees of PRO SIMRIG;
- employees of any company professionally associated with the promotion;
- members of the immediate families or households of such employees; and
- anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw.
2.6. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Promotional Period
3.1. The prize draw opens at 00:01 UK time on Thursday 20 August 2026 (“Opening Date”).
3.2. The prize draw closes at 23:59 UK time on 30 September 2026 (“Closing Date”).
3.3. Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be included in the prize draw.
3.4. PRO SIMRIG accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed or received before the Closing Date because of technical faults, network failures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. How to Enter
4.1. Entry to the prize draw is free.
4.2. To enter, participants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. visit https://prosimrig.com/;
b. provide a valid email address;
c. positively opt in to receive marketing emails from PRO SIMRIG; and
d. submit the relevant subscription or competition entry form.
4.3. By opting in, entrants are agreeing to receive marketing emails from PRO SIMRIG in accordance with the consent wording presented at the point of entry.
4.4. Marketing consent must be provided through a clear positive action. PRO SIMRIG will not treat a pre-selected or pre-ticked box as valid consent.
4.5. A maximum of one entry per person and one entry per email address is permitted.
4.6. Automated entries, bulk entries, entries submitted by third parties on another person's behalf, entries generated by scripts or bots, and fraudulent entries are prohibited.
4.7. PRO SIMRIG reserves the right to disqualify duplicate entries or entries that it reasonably believes have been submitted contrary to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Unsubscribing From Marketing
5.1. Entrants may unsubscribe from PRO SIMRIG marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility contained within our marketing emails or by contacting us.
5.2. Unsubscribing from marketing after submitting a valid entry will not cancel, invalidate or remove that person's entry from the prize draw.
5.3. An entrant does not need to remain subscribed until the Closing Date or winner-selection date in order to remain eligible to win, provided that their entry was valid when submitted.
5.4. Unsubscribing will not prevent PRO SIMRIG from contacting an entrant where reasonably necessary for the administration of the prize draw, including to notify them that they have won.
6. The Prize
6.1. There is one prize available.
6.2. The prize consists of:
One (1) Heavy Duty Triple Monitor Stand with QuickSet™, supplied by PRO SIMRIG.
6.3. The recommended retail price (“RRP”) of the prize at the time the promotion begins is £325 including VAT, or the approximate equivalent in the winner’s local currency.
6.4. Unless expressly stated otherwise, accessories, simulator equipment, computers, displays or any other items shown in promotional photography are not included in the prize.
6.5. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
6.6. No cash alternative will be offered.
6.7. PRO SIMRIG reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary.
7. Winner Selection
7.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
7.2. The draw will take place within three business days following 30 September 2026.
7.3. The winner will be selected using a fair and independently verifiable random selection process or under the supervision of an independent person.
7.4. Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
8. Winner Notification
8.1. The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry.
8.2. PRO SIMRIG will aim to contact the winner within three business days of the draw.
8.3. The winner will be required to respond within seven days of PRO SIMRIG's initial winner notification.
8.4. PRO SIMRIG may request reasonable information from the winner to:
- confirm their identity;
- confirm their age;
- verify their eligibility;
- confirm their country of residence; and
- arrange delivery of the prize.
8.5. PRO SIMRIG will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner.
8.6. If the selected winner:
- does not respond within seven days;
- cannot reasonably be contacted;
- declines the prize;
- fails to provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility; or
- is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions,
PRO SIMRIG reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that person and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
8.7. The same process may be repeated where necessary until an eligible winner accepts the prize.
9. Prize Delivery
9.1. PRO SIMRIG will arrange delivery of the prize to an eligible delivery address supplied by the winner.
9.2. PRO SIMRIG will pay the cost of delivering the prize to the winner.
9.3. PRO SIMRIG will also be responsible for all reasonable:
- import duties;
- customs charges;
- import VAT;
- sales or import taxes;
- customs brokerage charges; and
- similar mandatory governmental or carrier charges
- directly associated with importing and delivering the prize to the winner's eligible delivery address.
9.4. The winner will not be required to pay shipping, customs or import charges as a condition of receiving the prize.
9.5. The winner must provide complete and accurate delivery information and reasonably cooperate with any customs or shipping requirements necessary for delivery.
9.6. PRO SIMRIG is currently unable to deliver prizes to:
- Ukraine;
- Belarus; or
- Russia.
Residents of these countries are therefore excluded from entering.
9.7. PRO SIMRIG will aim to deliver the prize within 30 days after the winner has confirmed their eligibility and provided complete delivery details, unless circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent this.
9.8. International deliveries may take longer because of customs processing, carrier arrangements, local import procedures or circumstances outside PRO SIMRIG's reasonable control.
9.9. If delivery to the winner's country becomes unlawful or genuinely impossible after the winner entered because of sanctions, trade restrictions, carrier restrictions, changes in law or other circumstances outside PRO SIMRIG's reasonable control, PRO SIMRIG will make reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent prize or another reasonable alternative where legally possible.
10. Verification and Disqualification
10.1. PRO SIMRIG reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of any entrant or winner.
10.2. PRO SIMRIG may disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes that:
- the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions;
- false, misleading or incomplete information has been provided;
- an individual has attempted to submit more than one entry;
- automated, fraudulent or manipulated entry methods have been used;
- the entrant has interfered or attempted to interfere with the proper operation of the prize draw; or
- the entrant is otherwise ineligible.
10.3. PRO SIMRIG reserves the right to refuse to award the prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe that fraud, abuse or a material breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.
11. Winner Information and Publicity
11.1. PRO SIMRIG may make available information sufficient to demonstrate that a valid prize award has taken place where required by applicable promotional or regulatory rules.
11.2. Where required, such information may include the winner's surname and country, county, state, province or equivalent general geographical area.
11.3. A winner may object to some or all of this information being published or made available by contacting PRO SIMRIG.
11.4. Where a winner objects, PRO SIMRIG may nevertheless provide relevant winner information to a competent regulatory authority where legally required to do so.
11.5. PRO SIMRIG will not require the winner to participate in additional promotional activity as a condition of receiving the prize.
11.6. Any additional use of a winner's name, photograph, image, testimonial or other personal information for marketing purposes will be subject to any consent required under applicable law.
12. Personal Data and Privacy
12.1. PRO SIMRIG will process personal information submitted in connection with the prize draw for purposes including:
- administering the promotion;
- recording and validating entries;
- preventing fraud and duplicate entries;
- selecting a winner;
- contacting the winner;
- confirming eligibility;
- arranging delivery;
- meeting legal or regulatory obligations; and
- where the entrant has consented, sending PRO SIMRIG marketing communications.
12.2. Personal data processed for administration of the prize draw will be handled separately, where appropriate, from an entrant's consent to receive marketing communications.
12.3. Consent to marketing may be withdrawn at any time.
12.4. Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect the lawfulness of marketing communications sent before consent was withdrawn.
12.5. Withdrawal of marketing consent will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize draw entry.

12.7. Entrants should review the Privacy Policy for further information about how PRO SIMRIG uses personal information, how long information is retained, who it may be shared with and the rights available to individuals.
13. International Entrants
13.1. This promotion is organised by PRO SIMRIG from the United Kingdom.
13.2. Entry is available internationally only where participation is legally permitted.
13.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to permit participation from a jurisdiction where operating or participating in the promotion would be unlawful.
13.4. Entrants must comply with any mandatory local laws applicable to their participation.
13.5. Where a mandatory local consumer or promotional law gives an entrant rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by these Terms & Conditions, those rights will continue to apply.
14. Responsibility and Liability
14.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits PRO SIMRIG's liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
14.2. Subject to clause 14.1 and to the extent permitted by applicable law, PRO SIMRIG will not be responsible for loss, damage or disappointment resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
14.3. PRO SIMRIG is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or not successfully submitted because of equipment failure, technical malfunction, network failure, computer hardware or software failure, website failure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14.4. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact information they provide is correct.
15. Suspension, Cancellation or Changes
15.1. PRO SIMRIG intends to run the prize draw as advertised.
15.2. PRO SIMRIG may suspend, cancel or amend the promotion only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this reasonably necessary.
15.3. If a change becomes necessary, PRO SIMRIG will endeavour to minimise any disadvantage to entrants who have already participated.
15.4. PRO SIMRIG will not change the Closing Date or other material conditions merely to avoid awarding the advertised prize.
16. General
16.1. By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
16.2. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
16.3. Any failure or delay by PRO SIMRIG in exercising a right under these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right.
16.4. These Terms & Conditions constitute the rules governing this particular prize draw.
17. Governing Law
17.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions deprives an entrant of any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections they may have under the laws of the country in which they live.
17.3. Subject to any mandatory rights an entrant may have to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from this prize draw.
