TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DETAILS, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. On ordering 100% of the item and the full delivery cost is to be paid.

2. As soon as the item is available, we will post the item out to you by your chosen service and forward you any relevant tracking details.

3. Estimated Date of Arrival: Our suppliers are generally very good on their delivery estimates however on occasion deliveries can take longer than we expect. We try to keep you updated with any changes in the delivery estimate wherever possible.

4. Cancellation: Ordered items are considered sold and the "pre-order" cannot be cancelled. Please ensure when placing a pre-order that you are happy and able to complete the order when the item arrives in stock. Once you have paid for and received the item our normal return policy applies (14 days to inform us and a further 14 days for the item to arrive with us).

5. If for any reason the item you ordered does not arrive with us within a reasonable amount of time we will refund your payment in full.

6. The item price is confirmed when you make the pre-order, no changes (up or down) in price will be made.
